STP Debate

Cllr Ben Bradley is out today on my behalf at the STP Debate with BBC Radio Lincolnshire in Grantham, talking about Grantham A&E. Great to see local Councillors and campaigners here too raising issues with the clinicians, and fighting for local residents.

Unlike the papers, I have no idea what the Prime Minister is going to say in her speech about Brexit later today.  But it’s very welcome that she has decided to put some flesh on the bones of her strategy as businesses small and large need to know where they stand.

Grantham Hospital - Just 1.4 Doctors Short

On the latest article within the Grantham Journal, it is reported that they are just 1.4 Doctor's short of re-opening the A&E. My comment to the Journal is below;

Lincolnshire's Roads

Great news today that the Government plan to invest an additional £2.5m in Lincolnshire's Roads this year - a 10% funding boost to help deal with repairs and resurfacing - as part of an £8.1m investment in the East Midlands.
